Born and raised in Southern California, Randy Smith has been involved in Real Estate since 1983, when he graduated from the University of Southern California School of Business with a degree in Real Estate Finance and Property Development. During his professional career, Randy has worked in the areas of commercial leasing and sales, residential investment property, residential new home tract construction, remodel construction, property management and sales of residential property. In addition to holding a State of California Department of Real Estate Broker's license, Randy is certified by the State of California Department of Corporations as an Escrow Manager and licensed by the State of California Department of Insurance as a Fire and Casualty Broker.

Randy has overseen more than 7500 residential and commercial transactions valued at over $2 Billion during his career.
